I use client-centered play therapy with children ages 3-11, allowing them to express their thoughts and emotions through play. Without saying a word, children find relief from emotional distress by playing with select toys in a safe, compassionate environment.

I provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment as we work together to address your concerns and issues. Everyone goes through difficult times which requires a little extra help, and no one is perfect. I'm most passionate about marriage/relationship issues.

The mind and body are intricately linked. Therefore, I partner with you to address both mental health problems such as anxiety and depression and stress-related physical problems such as headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, hypertension, and diabetes.
